★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatarei minha aquisição. Adquiri com a Marks Piscinas meu sonho em Setembro. Ocorreu alguns atrasos mas não por conta da empresa e sim por conta de mau tempo e com o fornecedor de vinil. A empresa sempre me atendeu de prontidão me mantendo a par de todos os ocorridos. A instalação ocorreu agora em Dezembro e esta tudo perfeito! Gostaria de parabenizar toda a equipe. Eu e minha familia desejamos sucesso a todos dessa empresa.
 I will report my acquisition. I acquired my dream with Marks Piscinas in September. There were some delays, but not because of the company, but because of bad weather and with the vinyl supplier. The company always attended to me promptly, keeping me abreast of everything that happened. The installation took place now in December and everything is perfect! I would like to congratulate the whole team. My family and I wish everyone in the company a success.

Desde a assinatura do contrato, na qual realizaram uma vídeo chamada devido a pandemia para conhecermos o local, tirar dúvidas, até toda assistência durante o período de obra, em termos de informações, orçamento e organização. Os funcionários que prestaram serviço executando a obra da piscina também super educados, comprometidos, as visitas do técnico e engenheiro para acompanhar a obra, com bastante solicitude e atenção, zelando para que a piscina ficasse pronta dentro do prazo, tanto que o resultado do trabalho da Equipe Marks foi nossa piscina ficar linda, bem nivelada e super bem feita. Gratidão pela parceiria á Beatriz, Jéssica, Bruno, Josuel, Srº Zé que fez a piscina com excelência , David que ajudou Srº Zé. Recomendo muito essa equipe tão atenciosos e solícitos.
The experience we had with the Marks pools was very good. From the signing of the contract, in which they made a video call due to the pandemic to get to know the place, answer questions, even any assistance during the construction period, in terms of information, budget and organization. The employees who provided service executing the pool work were also very polite, committed, the visits of the technician and engineer to accompany the work, with enough solicitude and attention, making sure that the pool was ready on time, so much so that the result of the work from Team Marks, our pool was beautiful, well leveled and super well done. Gratitude for the partnership with Beatriz, Jéssica, Bruno, Josuel, Mr Zé who made the pool with excellence, David who helped Mr Zé. I highly recommend this friendly and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi 30 dias de férias pra fazer uma piscina em casa! E mesmo assim achando que iriamos aproveitar depois, só dor de cabeça!! A agua da piscina começou a sumir do nada e não conseguiram identificar aonde era o vazamento!! Tive que contratar uma empresa especializada que procura vazamentos, paguei 850 à eles mas eles não arrumaram, pois como era nos dispositivos da hidro não podiam mexer tendo em vista que a piscina estaria na garantia ! Fizeram laudo e identificaram os vazamentos nos três dispositivos da hidro e a empresa Marks veio até minha residência quebraram pisos e trocaram somente um dos dispositivos e ainda paguei outro caminhão pipa pra encher novamente .
Eram 3 mas trocaram um!
Hoje 18 de dezembro continuo com dor de cabeça! A agua continua sumindo!! Assistência por parte deles? Nenhuma! E ainda protestaram mnosso nome dizendo que não pagamos o que foi combinado! Quem esta nos devendo é a Marks Piscinas mas apesar de tudo não tem coragem nem de perguntarem o quanto gastamos com tudo isso e nem de saber se ainda estamos com problemas!! Ligamos la e ninguém atende, veem o nosso número mas fingem que não estão!!!
Serviço de péssima qualidade!
Horrível! Dispensados, tudo se resolvera na justiça, graças a Deus consegui contratar uma empresa de grande porte, com técnicos de verdade e que conseguiu sanar terríveis problemas encontrados aqui.
Depois de muito tempo perdido, dinheiro jogado fora com a empresa Marks estamos conseguindo aproveitar um pouco dessa for de cabeça que tivemos.
I lost 30 days of vacation to make a pool at home! And even so, thinking that we would enjoy it later, just a headache !! The pool water started to disappear from nowhere and they could not identify where the leak was !! I had to hire a specialized company that looks for leaks, I paid 850 to them but they didn't fix it, as it was in the hydro devices, they couldn't move in view of the pool being under warranty! They made a report and identified the leaks in the three hydro devices and the company Marks came to my residence, broke floors and changed only one of the devices and I also paid for another water truck to refill it.
There were 3 but they exchanged one!
Today December 18th I still have a headache! The water keeps disappearing !! Assistance from them? None! And they even protested our name saying that we did not pay what was agreed! Who owes us is Marks Piscinas but in spite of everything, they don't have the courage to ask how much we spent on all of this and to know if we are still in trouble !! We call it and no one answers, they see our number but pretend they are not !!!
Poor quality service!
Horrible! Dismissed, everything had been resolved in court, thanks to God I managed to hire a large company, with real technicians and that managed to solve terrible problems found here.
After a lot of wasted time, money thrown away with the company Marks, we are managing to take advantage of a little bit of that head start we had.

Até os materiais a serem utilizados ela fez os orçamentos em minha cidade (Jacareí), pousadas para os pedreiros etc. Conquistou descontos muito atrativos... Uma excelente funcionária.
