★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo ifood há 1h e 15min. Foi confirmado e saiu para entrega há 1 hora atrás mas não chegou e ninguém atende. O telefone que está no ifood é de outro estabelecimento e o que tem na internet não. Funciona. Um Absurdo isso.
I made the order for ifood 1h and 15min ago. It was confirmed and left for delivery an hour ago but it didn't arrive and nobody answered. The phone in the ifood is from another establishment and the one on the internet is not. It works. Absurd it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde. Realizei um pedido ás 12:20, ás 13:30 comecei a ligar e ninguém atendia. Foram mais de 10 ligações, resolvi sair para almoçar e quando voltei o pedido ainda não tinha sido entregue (ás 15:00), ou seja não entregaram meu pedido que fiquei mais de 1 hora e 30 min aguardando!! Absurdo, não indico a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo com a entrega já passada de 1h, liguei e disseram q o motoboy tinha saído faziam 5 minutos, liguei novamente meia hora depois (+de 1h e meia de espera!) e o atendente falou que o motoboy DE NOVO tinha saído em 5 minutos!! Quando disse que eles não me davam alternativa além de cancelar, tive ainda que lidar com o tom irônico do atendente dizendo q as opções eram ou eu esperar até quando a comida chegasse (+5 minutos de novo?!) ou cancelar mesmo. Obrigado pelo descaso e pelo péssimo serviço com requintes de sadismo no atendimento. Não desejo a ninguém ser atendido assim.
Even with the delivery past 1pm, I called and said that the motoboy had left 5 minutes ago, called again half an hour later (+ 1h30 waiting!) And the attendant said that the motoboy had left again in 5 minutes! ! When I said they gave me no choice but to cancel, I still had to deal with the clerk's ironic tone by saying that the options were either wait until the food arrived (+5 minutes again ?!) or even cancel. Thank you for the neglect and the poor service with refinements of sadism in attendance. I do not wish anyone to be treated like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMPRESA NADA PROFISSIONAL. Deveria ter lido os comentários antes de pedir. O site diz que entrega em 60 minutos, o que é bastante demorado. No entanto, nem este tempo absurdamente longo eles respeitam. Após 1 hora e 20 liguei e disseram que a comida já tinha saído. Mentira, pois 30 minutos depois nada de chegar a comida em minha casa. No fim o motoboy chegou com 2 horas!!! 10 minutos depois que eu cancelei o pedido. Um absurdo o atraso, outro absurdo a mentira e mais absurdo ainda é ver pelos comentários que isto é recorrente. Nunca mais farei pedido nesta empresa. Pedi na marmitaria de perdizes e não pedirei mais em nenhuma outra filial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de feijoada, pro meu almoço de hoje. Mas a feijoada veio horrível! Só caldo, pouca carne, pouco feijão. Apresentação nada apetitosa. Na hora nem pensei em tirar uma foto... Pela minha experiência, não recomendo!
