★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedi uma marmita me responderam normal no WhatsApp. E quase chegando aos 40 minutos do pedido feito o cara disse que iria anotar meu pedido e quando o motoqueiro chegasse me levaria , depois que ele viu q eu já tinha feito o pedido faz tempo ele inventou que o motoqueiro veio na porta da minha casa 2 vezes e eu não atendiii! Se eu quisesse ainda a marmita eu iria esperar mais 20 minutos ou seja ele nao tinha anotado meu pedido inventou uma desculpa e me deu os 20 minutos pra entrega a marmita aqui . Uma falta de atenção e dedicação ao cliente !
Bad service, I asked for a lunch box, they answered me normally on WhatsApp. And almost 40 minutes after the order was placed, the guy said he would take my order and when the biker arrived he would take me, after he saw that I had already placed the order a long time ago he invented that the biker came to my door 2 times and I didn't answer! If I still wanted the lunch box I would wait another 20 minutes, that is, he hadn't written down my order, he invented an excuse and gave me the 20 minutes to deliver the lunch box here. A lack of attention and dedication to the customer!
