I ordered food on a Saturday and they just didn't send it, after 3 hours I called and the attendant said there was no more food.

Se o estabelecimento se preocupasse com o cliente o mínimo de satisfação eles dariam.
Poor experience possible! My request for ifood came out at 12:06h and until now 13:32h it hasn't arrived, the phone doesn't answer to check what happened, I had never asked, I'll never ask again and I hope you don't ask to not have this negative experience either.
If the establishment cared about the customer the least amount of satisfaction they would give.
