★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro marmitas há mais de dois anos lá com frequência, normalmente retiro, hoje pedi pra entregar, o prazo de entrega que foi me passado foi de 30 a 40 minutos, após mais de uma hora aguardando questionei a demora, foi me informado que já havia saído já 50 minutos que estaria chegando! 5 minutos depois chegou e o próprio entregador me informou que eles esqueceram e fizeram uma marmita naquela hora para me entregar! Não recebi o pedido e mandei mensagem informando o porque, e sobre a falta de comprometimento e profissionalismo, me deram outras desculpas dizendo que o motoboy estava em uma entrega preso que fizeram uma nova para me entregar, sendo que ela tinha acabado de me falar que a entrega já estava chegando! Enfim quero deixar a minha experiência ruim registrada, pois até me bloquearam no whatsapp! Entendam que lidar com o público exige uma certa cautela e cuidado, que se houve um erro é melhor assumir e reparar do que criar novas situações! Espero que entendam que toda crítica é construtiva e que melhorem esse ponto! Agora eu mesma bloqueei o contato pois não quero mais outras desculpas!
