★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo uber eats e dizia q a entrega era de até 25 minutos. Passado o prazo tentei procurar meios de entrar em contato com o estabelecimento, e para ajudar o aplicativo também não possui a informação, tentei cancelar e não consegui, é infelizmente, depois de procurar no Google encontrei as péssimas avaliações do estabelecimento, sendo que o telefone aqui existente só chama. Passado mais de uma hora do pedido, 30 minutos após o prazo, o entregador chegou com a comida. A comida estava totalmente sem gosto, não tinha tempero nenhum, comida extremamente sem graça! Péssimo, tive que jogar metade fora!!!
I ordered through uber eats and it said that the delivery time was up to 25 minutes. After the deadline I tried to look for ways to get in touch with the establishment, and to help, the application also doesn't have the information, I tried to cancel and I couldn't, unfortunately, after searching on Google I found the terrible reviews of the establishment, and the phone existing here just calls. More than an hour after ordering, 30 minutes after the deadline, the delivery boy arrived with the food. The food was totally tasteless, it had no seasoning, extremely bland food! Terrible, I had to throw half away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mais inacreditável é o restaurnte se ponunciar e simplesmente, tirar o dele da reta. Um restaurante sério e competente, estaria preocupado em resolver o meu problema e não se jsutificar.
Fica a dica, uber eats não tem suporte e o restaurante que utiliza da plataforma, como vocês mesmos podem perceber, não tem como prioridade o bem estar e satisfação do cliente.
Da minha parte ficara a minha critica negativa ao restaurante e aplicativo sempre que possivel. Também sigo com a abertura de um processo digital via Procon e abertura de boletim de ocorrencia digital em nome do restaurante.
Obrigada pela atenção.
The most unbelievable thing is that the restaurant punctuates itself and simply takes his off the straight. A serious and competent restaurant would be concerned with solving my problem and not justifying itself.
Here's the tip, uber eats doesn't have support and the restaurant that uses the platform, as you can see, doesn't have customer well being and satisfaction as a priority.
For my part, my negative criticism of the restaurant and application will be kept whenever possible. I also continue with the opening of a digital process via Procon and opening of a digital occurrence bulletin on behalf of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido de virado a Paulista, liguei lá e disseram que a marmita tinha 700g.
Quando chegou o pedido, veio uma colher de tutu, um ovo, uma bisteca de NO MÁXIMO 20/30g e o restante era tudo arroz.
Além disso meu pedido levou 1 hora a mais para chegar em casa e chegou frio.
Absurdo.
I made an order for a “verado” to Paulista, I called there and they said the lunch box had 700g.
When the order arrived, it came with a spoon of tutu, an egg, a steak of MAXIMUM 20/30g and the rest was all rice.
Also my order took 1 hour longer to get home and it arrived cold.
Absurd.

Meu Deus que lugar irresponsável, fiz meu pedido antes das 18 h, falava que a entrega era de 30 a 55 minutos, até aí tudo bem, já são mais de 20:30 e até agora nada, o uber eats não da nenhum suporte, o telefone do app nem chama, aí entro no endereço pra ver e fala que está fechado e só abre quarta, sendo que no uber eats é aberto 24 horas, pelo amor de Deus, já era pra esse restaurante ter saído da plataforma já que não cumpre com nenhuma das informações.
Edt: entregaram meu pedido no endereço errado, e ainda fui cobrada. Já mandei email e nada até agora. Fiquei sem comida e com prejuízo.

My God what an irresponsible place, I placed my order before 6 pm, it said delivery was 30 to 55 minutes, so far so good, it's more than 8:30 pm and so far nothing, uber eats doesn't give any support, the app's phone doesn't even call, then I enter the address to see and it says it's closed and it only opens on Wednesdays, and uber eats is open 24 hours, for God's sake, this restaurant should have left the platform since it didn't complies with none of the information.
Edt: they delivered my order to the wrong address, and I was still charged. I've sent an email and nothing so far. I was without food and at a loss.
