Tive um epsódio muito desagradavel na data de hoje 27/11/2019.
Fiz um pedido,de um salmão grelhado. O salmão veio mal passado sem sal.Pedi para a efetuar a troca a atendente com muita má vontadade queria que eu me virasse com o numero do pedido sendo que o restaurante é responsavel por isto!!!
Pedi meu dinheiro de volta estão enrolando para devolver!!!

I placed an order, for a grilled salmon. The salmon came very rare without salt. I asked for the exchange the attendant with very bad will wanted me to turn around with the order number and the restaurant is responsible for this !!!
I asked for my money back they are rolling to return !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente parecia bem atraente pelo site o local. Mas tentando fazer o pedido pelo telefone começou a decepção. Me passaram o telefone da unidade Leopoldina e o pedido foi feito pelo Whatsapp depois de várias ligações sem ser atendido.
Depois que me encaminhei ao endereço e liguei novamente, no mesmo número, disseram q esse lugar não existia e que essa pessoa recebia vários pedidos e que não sabia mais o que fazer para q isso não acontecesse mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo perfeito do início ao fim, a entrega chegou 10 minutos antes do horário previsto, muito bem embalado, temperatura certa. Pedi um frango pizzaiollo e o queijo ainda estava derretido, e o melhor, tudo muito saboroso, arroz soltinho e bem temperado. Parabéns a toda a equipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá venho aqui reclamar sobre o pedido de ontem, foi feito o pedido no cadastro da minha mãe as 14:28 e o pedido só foi fechar as 15h44 sendo que estava marcado na nota depois que chegou 15h11 o motoboy deu a justificativa que já tinha vindo trazer uma vez e não lembrava só que ele falou que o endereço jogou ele para perto do Mcdonalds na Autonomistas algo totalmente sem lógica, eu mesma coloquei o endereço no google maps e dá exatamente a frente da casa onde moro. Por isso, peço que orientem quem entrega ou faz delivery porque aqui em casa sempre pedimos ai e não era assim a entrega antes! Estaremos repensando nas próximas vezes quando formos pedir pra esperarmos uma eternidade..... não dá! Ps: sou cliente há um tempo já!
