Foi pago à vista no ato da contratação em dinheiro, passaram um prazo para entregar 3 granitos na quinta feira, não foi entregue, sexta era feriado e no sábado liguei para cobrar, Sr. Valdir disse que iria após as 12h, foi pago a diária de dois pedreiros para instalação da pedra no mesmo dia, ele não levou a pedra. na segunda feira cedo fui a marmoraria, e o mesmo Sr. Valdir que prometeu e não cumpriu por duas vezes, disse que pagaria o dia dos dois pedreiros que só foram trabalhar no sábado para esse serviço por fora de instalação dos granitos, chegando com os granitos na obra, o mesmo Sr. Valdir disse que não pagaria e novamente não cumpriu com sua palavra. E por último, foi enviado um detalhe trincado no granito, e o mesmo Sr. disse que iria na obra para resolver, isso já faz uma semana e até hoje não apareceu. Um conselho a quem contratar os serviços dessa marmoraria, pague apenas após a entrega e finalização dos serviços.

Para conseguirmos terminar uma parte tivemos que busca o prestador na empresa levar até a casa, aguardar ele fazer o serviço e levar de volta a empresa. Mesmo após os ajustes finais, algumas partes não ficaram com acabamento bem feito.

Na primeira vez não tive problemas, agora na segunda que comprei a pedra, o dono Sr. Valdir e esposa Marli, me trataram com indiferença. Ficaram de vir cortar a pedra para por o cooktop e até hoje não vieram. Isso que já fazem quase 2 semanas. Eu ligo falo com o Valdir, ele diz que está vindo e nunca vem. MENTIROSO!!! Não sei o motivo, pois paguei pela pedra e pelo serviço adiantado conforme eles me passaram, e agora eu estou sem o corte da pedra. Muito chateado com a situação. Falta total de respeito. Não indico essa empresa. Vou ainda no procon contra eles.
