Atendimento confuso, não avisaram que tinha o agendamento do carreto, marcaram uma data de entrega e não entregaram e, para piorar, a pia foi cortada errada na pedra, mesmo tendo uma visita técnica da empresa. Fora que, quando fui efetuar o pagamento, fiquei esperando um bom tempo porque o sistema estava fora do ar para emitir uma nota fiscal.
Estou tendo o desgaste de fazer uma obra na parede da cozinha pra ajustar o erro da empresa. Não indico a ninguém.

Demoraram muito para entregar e mesmo assim depois de alguns desenfendimentos. A pessoa que faz a instalação não cumpre com os agendamentos. Quando reclamamos com eles, disseram que era um terceiro e que eles não nse responsabilizam por ele. Porém, se você instala com outra pessoa, perde a garantia das pedras. Ou seja, você é obrigado a instalar com o prestador deles, mas nenhum problema causado por ele é de responsabilidade da marmoraria. Contratei o serviço em janeiro e só finalizamos em março. Após muita insistência vocês enviaram a NF em junho. Enfim, não faço mais serviços com vocês.

After much insistence, you sent the NF in June. Anyway, I no longer do services with you.
