★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissional. Reformei meu banheiro e contratei ele para fazer a pia e o box. Prometeu entregar em 10 dias e demorou mais de 2 meses, diversas desculpas, quando instalou deixou o box vazando água do banho para fora, prometeu por diversas vezes nos últimos 2 meses ir resolver e não foi. Já não atende mais o cel, não responde as mensagens, nunca está na loja.......um absurdo, tremendo enganador......NÃO CONTRATEM NENHUM SERVIÇO DESSA LOJA E DESSA PESSOA...estou dando uma estrela porque não tem como NEGATIVAR!!!!!!!
Bad professional. I remodeled my bathroom and hired him to make the sink and shower. He promised to deliver it in 10 days and it took more than 2 months, several excuses, when he installed it, he left the box leaking bath water out, he promised several times in the last 2 months to go solve it and it wasn't. He doesn't answer the cell anymore, he doesn't answer the messages, he's never in the store ....... an absurd, tremendous deceiver ...... DO NOT HIRE ANY SERVICE FROM THIS STORE AND THIS PERSON ... I'm giving it a star because there is no way to NEGATIVE !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquele velho ditado do barato sai caro se aplica aqui. Primeiro atendimento super de boa, atenciosos. Preço bom. Mas o inferno veio depois, não cumpre prazos e cada dia é uma desculpa. Um dia foi que não chegou o material. No outro foram assaltados. Até que ponto isso é verdade não sei, o problema é o total descaso. Pra ouvir essas justificativas eu tive que ficar ligando. Nunca ligaram pra me posicionar sobre os atrasos. Várias vezes não atendiam nem msg nem ligações. Só devolveram o dinheiro quando eu disse que ia chamar a polícia. Não quer passar stress nem raiva? Fique muito longe desse lugar.
That old adage of cheap comes out expensive applies here. First-rate service super good, attentive. Good price. But hell came later, does not meet deadlines and every day is an excuse. One day the material did not arrive. In the other they were assaulted. To what extent this is true I do not know, the problem is total neglect. To hear those justifications I had to keep calling. They never called to pick me up about the delays. Several times they answered neither msg nor connections. They just returned the money when I said I was going to call the police. Do not want to be stressed or angry? Stay far away from this place.
