Ainda fui olhar todos os comentários antes de ligar para me certificar e o nomezinho dessa menina é o mais comentado por aqui.

Pedi para mandar umas fotos que tenho pelo Whatsapp para algum deles, mas a resposta foi que só trabalhamos com e-mail.

Os meus vendedores foram o Fabio e Ricardo. ( não sei se continuam na empresa ainda )
Fiz uma pia de Preto São Gabriel e um lavabo de Crema agora no começo de fevereiro de 2014.
Um plus para essa Marmoria é que eles trabalham com colocadores de super confiança e de responsabilidade deles e não são como as outras q te indicam colocadores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para fazer uma cotação sobre uma peça inteira — pretendo colocar como piso na cozinha — e fui tratado com desdém pela funcionária Elza. Pedi que me tratasse com respeito, não só por ser um potencial comprador, mas por ser um ser humano do outro lado da linha.
Disse que como estava com muito movimento no final do ano (não entendi o motivo, pois nunca vi ninguém presenteando com mármore) não faria orçamentos pelo telefone.
Não recomendo que percam tempo com essa empresa, pois se não tratam bem o cliente nem na venda, imaginem só na eventualidade de algum problema.
I called to quote on an entire piece - I plan to lay it on the kitchen floor - and was treated with disdain by the employee Elza. I asked you to treat me with respect, not only for being a potential buyer, but for being a human being on the other end of the line.
He said that since he was very busy at the end of the year (I didn't understand why, because I never saw anyone presenting with marble) would not make budgets over the phone.

Fica a dica: Para procurar um curso de como atender a um cliente seja qual for a sua solicitação caso necessite de seu produto e mão de obra. (Sebrae te ótimos cursos e consultorias)!!!!
Primeiramente veio com explicações rápidas, do que eu queria depois me falou o preço se mesmo eu perguntar.....
Entender o que o cliente busca pode ser uma alavanca para outros projetos de construções.
Era mais fácil me encaminhar ao concorrente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diante do serviço prestado pela Marmorária Paulista na instalação dos balcões e pias na minha casa, não posso deixar de observar alguns pontos que me surpreendeu positivamente. -Clareza na apresentação do produto; -Agilidade e flexibilidade no atendimento comercial; -Precisão e pontualidade nos prazos acordados; - Organização; - Excelente equipe de instalação, pontos observados: pontualidade, educação/discrição, agiu de forma preventiva e organizada para que ocorresse o menor impacto ou tumulto dentro da residência. Preocuparam-se em manter o piso forrado como forma de protegê-lo de alguma eventual avaria; - O material instalado de qualidade, além de bom acabamento; - A empresa como um todo sempre se colocou a disposição para eventuais dúvidas; Por fim, já pude indicar o serviço para os demais moradores de nosso condomínio, inclusive apresentei as instalações a dois moradores que haviam solicitado.
