★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentamos várias vezes contato por telefone e whatsapp sem sucesso de modo que em plena pandemia nos deslocamos até à marmoraria para receber um orçamento. Em seguida tentamos fechar orçamento por whatsapp e nossas mensagens eram lidas e ignoradas. Percebemos que a prioridade da empresa é fechar vendas grandes e ignorar vendas de baixo valor. Enfim fechamos com uma empresa séria que cobrou mais caro, mas nos tratou como verdadeiros clientes e parceiros.
Não recomendo perder seu tempo se não for gastar muito com eles.
We tried several times to contact by phone and whatsapp without success so that in the middle of a pandemic we went to the marble shop to receive a quote. Then we tried to close the budget by whatsapp and our messages were read and ignored. We realized that the company's priority is to close large sales and ignore low value sales. Anyway we closed with a serious company that charged more, but treated us like real customers and partners.
I don't recommend wasting your time if you don't spend a lot on them.
