★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem com relação ao produto nada o que reclamar e preço justo, no entanto reze para vc não ter nenhum problema pq aí vai começar uma novela é necessário ligar pelo menos três vezes por dia para vc ter uma posição do seu caso e essa posição com certeza não é a que vc espera, mas sim espera mais um pouco que iremos verificar, não existe uma motivação para resolver o problema após o pagamento pelo menos essa é a sensação.
Estou a três dias tentando resolver uma instalação que quando no ato da compra foi rapidamente resolvido, mas agr não é a mesma coisa . Vendedora totalmente prepara para vender, mas totalmente despreparada para realizar o pós venda.
Uma dica caso compre pia e sua torneira seja monocomando não confie na informação "pode deixar que sei como funciona".
Estou a disposição da empresa para resolver a situação da maneira mais agradável possível.

O atendimento da Valéria é impecável, todas as vezes que precisava questionar algo, ela sempre estava ali respondendo (de forma objetiva e rápida), super prestativa desde o primeiro atendimento. (Até hoje, depois de semanas que o serviço foi executado, ela ainda está ali disponível quando eu preciso)
O Eudis cuidou da parte das medições, foi super prestativo também, e ajudou com muitas dicas de quem possui experiência no trabalho.
Foram super pontuais em todos os agendamentos, inclusive anteciparam a instalação da minha cozinha e do banheiro (O QUE ME AJUDOU DEMAAAAAIS). A instalação foi super tranquila também, os rapazes que foram que infelizmente não peguei o nome por falta de atenção, deixaram tudo super bem instalado e limpo, se preocuparam até em varrer tudo depois. Minha cozinha e meu banheiro ficaram lindos!!
Recomendo tanto pelo serviço executado, quanto pelo atendimento dos funcionários. Graças a Deus, e a empresa RAVI, essa parte da minha reforma não me deu nenhuma dor de cabeça, muito pelo contrário, foi uma das fases mais tranquilas até agora!

Valéria's service is impeccable, whenever she needed to question something, she was always there responding (in an objective and quick way), super helpful from the first service. (To this day, after weeks of running the service, it is still available when I need it)
Eudis took care of the measurements, was super helpful too, and helped with many tips from those who have experience at work.
They were super punctual in all appointments, including anticipating the installation of my kitchen and bathroom (WHAT HELPED ME TOO SOON). The installation was super quiet too, the guys who were unfortunately I didn't get the name for lack of attention, left everything very well installed and clean, even worried about sweeping everything afterwards. My kitchen and bathroom were beautiful !!
I recommend both for the service performed, as for the service of the employees. Thank God, and the RAVI company, that part of my retirement did not give me any headaches, quite the contrary, it was one of the most peaceful phases so far!
