Me prometeram a entrega em 20 dias .
E me entregaram em quase 30 dias.
Isto por que meu esposo teve que ficar em cima.
Me falaram que seriam 20 dias depois da medição .
E vieram medir depois de uma semana fechado o orçamento e pago .
Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto é bom e ficou bem bonito! O atendimento de venda deixou a desejar! Minha experiência:
1. ATENDIMENTO (nota 1/5): a atendente foi atenciosa na visita a loja e mostrou boas opções. Entretanto, muitas vezes não deixava o cliente falar e se antecipava em alguns pontos sem escutar o que perguntamos. Ao fechar a negociação, pressionam bastante para fechar o quanto antes, pois "os preços irão subir....".
2. MEDIÇÃO (nota 5/5): o dono fez a visita ao local para medir e discutiu as opções e soluções para cada ambiente. Muito profissional e com bastante experiência. Parabéns pelo atendimento!
3. PROJETO E PRODUÇÃO (nota 5/5): neste quesito é o ponto forte da empresa! O pessoal do projeto entrou em contato discutindo que as cubas que havia comprado poderia não ficar legal. Foram muito atenciosos, mandaram vídeo e explicaram o que poderia acontecer se fosse instalar as cubas nas pedras. Dessa forma, troquei as cubas e ficou bem melhor!!
4. INSTALAÇÃO (nota 1/5): a comunicação interna entre a venda e a instalação falha em alguns pontos. A instalação dos produtos foi realizada fora da cidade base da empresa, eles avisaram um dia antes que fariam a instalação, ok! Mas no dia seguinte, logo às 8h me ligam dizendo que precisaria providenciar alguns materiais para a instalação....E a equipe chegou às 9h para iniciar o serviço!! Porém, eu também trabalho e não poderia sair para ver isso! Tive que me virar do avesso para atender a equipe de instalação para não perder o serviço. Além disso, achei que as peças ficaram com marcas de dedos e dos produtos usados na instalação!
5. PRODUTO (nota 3/5): ainda é cedo para avaliar o produto final, pois foi instalado a menos de um mês. Acredito que não terei problemas, vamos aguardar!

1. SERVICE (grade 1/5): the attendant was helpful when visiting the store and showed good options. However, he often did not let the customer speak and anticipated some points without listening to what we asked. When closing the deal, they pressure a lot to close as soon as possible, as "prices will rise....".
2. MEASUREMENT (grade 5/5): The owner made the site visit to measure and discussed the options and solutions for each environment. Very professional and with a lot of experience. Congratulations on the service!
3. DESIGN AND PRODUCTION (grade 5/5): in this regard, it is the company's strength! The project staff got in touch discussing that the vats they had bought might not look good. They were very attentive, sent a video and explained what could happen if they were to install the vats on the stones. That way, I changed the vats and it was much better!!
4. INSTALLATION (note 1/5): the internal communication between the sale and the installation fails at some points. The installation of the products was carried out outside the company's base city, they told us a day before that they would do the installation, ok! But the next day, as early as 8:00 am, they called me saying they would need to provide some materials for the installation....And the team arrived at 9:00 am to start the service!! However, I also work and could not go out to see this! I had to turn inside out to attend the installation team so I wouldn't miss the job. Also, I found that the parts were left with fingerprints and the products used in the installation!
5. PRODUCT (grade 3/5): It is too early to evaluate the final product, as it was installed less than a month ago. I believe I won't have any problems, let's wait!
