Como eu não estava na obra para verificar os granitos, solicitei devolução do material manchado e a entrega do material faltante. Paguei adiantado e até agora os granitos não foram trocados nem foram entregues os que estão faltando, isso já faz algumas semanas.
I bought granites from Marmoraria Vila Romana through John, and the granites were delivered incomplete and stained. As I was not on site to check the granites, I requested return of the stained material and delivery of the missing material. I paid in advance and so far the granites have not been exchanged nor the missing ones have been delivered, this is a few weeks ago.
