★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total desrespeito com o cliente. Contratei um serviço com os mesmos que ficaram de fazer o acabamento em posterior, não fizeram! cansei de cobrar. Desmarcaram 7 vezes comigo e eu como cliente me dei mal. Fiquei com a obra pela metade e vou ter que arcar com o prejuízo da finalização. NÃO CONTRATEM ELES NÃO TEM ORGANIZAÇÃO E O ATENDIMENTO PÓS VENDA NÃO EXISTE!!
 Total disrespect for the customer. I hired a service with the same ones who were to finish it later, they didn't! I got tired of charging. They canceled it 7 times with me and I as a client got along badly. I kept the work in half and I will have to bear the loss of completion. DO NOT CONTRACT THEY HAS NO ORGANIZATION AND THE AFTER-SALES SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST !!

Há Mais de um mês que imploro para que o funcionário venha consertar o que fez de errado, sem êxito. falta total de compromisso com o cliente, promete que vem mas não aparece e não dá a minha satisfação. PÓS VENDA HORRÍVEL, NÃO ACONSELHO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, comprei uma peça pequena e o cara pediu 4 dias pra fazer. Na sexta como combinado confirmei que fechava 17:30 e 17:15 cheguei lá tava fechado. No sábado as 8h não estava aberto e quando chegou além de mentir que não combinou horário nenhum na sexta os produtos não estavam prontos corretamente, o vendedor nem lembrava o que era, parecia que eu tava pedindo um favor. Prefira outros locais, só compre aqui se não tiver mais nenhuma opção
Bad service, I bought a small piece and the guy asked for 4 days to do it. On Friday as agreed I confirmed that it closed at 17:30 and 17:15 I got there it was closed. On Saturday at 8 am it was not open and when it arrived beyond lying that there was no appointment on Friday the products were not ready correctly, the seller did not even remember what it was, it seemed that I was asking a favor. Prefer other places, only buy here if you have no other options

Paguei antecipado a metade do valor de 7 bancadas, não cumpriram prazo e eu só instalei uma bancada, que foi instalada com gesso e sequer foi polida. O valor excedente pago, 1237 reais foi devolvido 4 meses depois 7 reais a menos, 1230 reais. Não paguem nada antecipado, não contratem uma empresa que não respeita o cliente. Tive que contratar outra empresa que instalou corretamente, respeitou os prazos e fez o polimento da bancada instalada por esta empresa.
