★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na quarta-feira (03/11) a tarde com a minha moto que tinha parado de funcionar nas proximidades da oficina, por volta de 17h e assim que cheguei procurei atendimento mas nenhum dos mecânicos perguntou do que eu precisava.
Os mesmos estavam sentados no chão, conversando, até que um mecânico que claramente não ia falar comigo mas eu aproveitei a deixa e pedi pra ele olhar minha moto, me olhou e disse que lá só atendia por agendamento e que pra olhar a minha moto eu teria que pedir ao dono da loja (que também é gerente) e que também não tinha nenhum mecânico disponível no momento pois todos estavam ocupados (??). Pois bem, fui até a sala do dono, o cumprimentei e pedi para que um de seus mecânicos olhasse minha moto para dar um breve diagnóstico ou até mesmo solucionar o problema. Ele chamou um deles e pediu pra olhar qual era o problema. O mecânico foi, sem muita vontade, olhou a moto, deu partida, ela não pegou e ele disse que era bateria. Sem nem testar ela, sem nem abrir o compartimento de bateria. Eu já imaginava que fosse problema de bateria mas fui até a oficina com a intenção de ter o problema resolvido e não pra alguém me falar o que eu já sabia do que poderia se tratar.
No outro dia pela manhã eu reboquei a moto até uma oficina que eu já tinha costume de ir e quando mecânico abriu o compartimento de bateria, viu que só um dos cabos que são ligados na bateria estava mal colocado, resultado da troca de bateria que foi feita no início de outubro. Aí ele colocou o cabo de volta no lugar da forma correta e a moto funcionou perfeitamente. Perguntei quanto foi o serviço e o cara nem ia cobrar nada mas mesmo assim eu dei um $$ pra ele. Ou seja, um problema simples de ser resolvido, por má vontade e falta de proatividade não foi feito.
Oficina com boa estrutura, bem localizada mas não passa disso. Mecânicos que não sabem ou simplesmente não querem falar com quem chega na loja, que disseram que estavam ocupados mas estavam conversando entre si, talvez não quisessem me "ajudar" (porque eu tava procurando um serviço e não pedindo favor e ia pagar por ele) por eu estar numa moto de baixa cilindrada (Honda Lead 110) acredito que se estivesse na minha outra moto de maior cilindrada teria sido melhor atendido.
Esperei um melhor atendimento já que é a única oficina de motos da Av. Washington Soares num raio de 7 km e que o dono é piloto, conhece sobre motos, mas pelo atendimento bem mais ou menos, parece que eu só trombei em uma "oficina de moto grande".
I went on Wednesday (03/11) in the afternoon with my motorcycle that had stopped working near the garage, around 5 pm and as soon as I arrived I looked for assistance but none of the mechanics asked what I needed.
They were sitting on the floor, talking, until a mechanic who clearly wasn't going to talk to me but I took the opportunity and asked him to look at my bike, looked at me and said that he only attended by appointment and that to look at my bike I I would have to ask the store owner (who is also a manager) and who also had no mechanic available at the time because everyone was busy (??). Well, I went to the owner's room, greeted him and asked one of his mechanics to look at my bike to give a brief diagnosis or even solve the problem. He called one of them and asked to see what the problem was. The mechanic went, without much desire, looked at the bike, started it, it didn't start and he said it was a battery. Without even testing it, without even opening the battery compartment. I already imagined it was a battery problem, but I went to the workshop with the intention of having the problem solved and not for someone to tell me what I already knew about what it could be.
The other day in the morning I towed the bike to a workshop I used to go to and when the mechanic opened the battery compartment, he saw that only one of the cables that are connected to the battery was incorrectly placed, as a result of the battery change that was made in early October. Then he put the cable back in place correctly and the bike worked perfectly. I asked how much was the service and the guy wasn't even going to charge anything but I still gave him a $$. In other words, a simple problem to be solved, due to ill will and lack of proactivity, was not done.
Workshop with good structure, well located, but that's all. Mechanics who don't know or just don't want to talk to whoever arrives at the store, who said they were busy but were talking to each other, maybe didn't want to "help" me (because I was looking for a service and not asking for a favor and was going to pay for it) as I am on a low displacement motorcycle (Honda Lead 110) I believe that if I were on my other larger displacement motorcycle it would have been better attended.
I expected better service as it is the only motorcycle repair shop on Av. Washington Soares within a 7 km radius and the owner is a pilot, knows about motorcycles, but from the service more or less, it seems that I just bumped into a "workshop of big motorcycle".
