Faz tempo que estou procurando uma moto, aí vi que tem na loja. Entrei em contato pelo OLX, mandaram uma mensagem "automática" pra chamar no whats, chamei e tem a mesma mensagem automática....
Mandei mais mensagens e nada!
O pior é que visualizam e não respondem...
Se é assim pra vender uma Moto de 30 mil, imagina se tiver que resolver algum problema....
Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance.
I've been looking for a motorcycle for a while, then I saw it in the store. I got in touch with OLX, they sent an "automatic" message to call on whats, I called and it has the same automatic message....
I sent more messages and nothing!
The worst thing is that they visualize and don't respond...
If that's the way it is to sell a 30,000 bike, imagine if you have to solve a problem...
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma moto em dezembro com eles, atendimento no dia foi muito bom, todos rindo e felizes. Fevereiro entrei em contato para informar que a moto havia dado um problema (simples por sinal) e, para minha surpresa, fui abordado dizendo que a garantia era só de motor e câmbio. Informei a eles que a garantia de veículos usados é sobre todo o veículo e me disseram para parar de conversinha, que eles sabiam das obrigações deles, mandando áudio parecendo que eu era motivo de ódio. É um bom lugar para se comprar, mas rezem para não terem que pedir a tal garantia deles...
I bought a motorcycle in December from them, service on the day was very good, everyone was laughing and happy. February I got in touch to inform that the bike had a problem (simple by the way) and, to my surprise, I was approached saying that the warranty was just for the engine and gearbox. I informed them that the used car warranty is on the entire vehicle and they told me to stop chatting, that they knew their obligations, sending audio sounding like I was a reason to hate. It's a good place to buy, but pray you don't have to ask for such a guarantee from them...
