I bought a caloi bicycle, it came out of alignment, the seat came out of the pedal, the thread ended and now they want me to take the bike to the store. I paid the freight to bring it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrível, minha avó foi comprar uma bicicleta Wendy no valor de 500,00 + 60,00 de frete e no dia da entrega eu verifiquei a bicicleta e estava com o pedal soltou(com que fez que eu caísse da bicicleta ao pedalar no quintal) e o freio agarrando, liguei pra loja e queriam que eu levasse a bicicleta, discutir com uma gerente e eu disse que iria procurar a defesa do consumidor no procon, horas depois recebi uma ligação de um homem se dizendo ser gerente e disse que iria mandar o mecânico com as ferramentas pra consertar. Até aí tudo bem, mas logo depois de um dia fui usar a bicicleta e o problema no freio persistiu, mas prefiro deixar baixo, hoje no dia 9 de março, em menos de um mês a bicicleta estava com o pneu vazio, fui encher e a câmara de ar estourou, o borracheiro me mostrou que a câmara n tinha proteção e estava totalmente enferrujada por dentro. NAO RECOMENDO, UM PREJUÍZO ENORME, E EU VOU ligar pro Procon pra ir atrás do meus direitos
Simply horrible, my grandmother went to buy a Wendy bike worth 500.00 + 60.00 shipping and on the day of delivery I checked the bike and the pedal was loose (which made me fall off the bike when pedaling in the backyard ) and the brake stuck, I called the store and they wanted me to take the bike, discuss with a manager and I said I would look for consumer protection at procon, hours later I received a call from a man claiming to be a manager and said he would send the mechanic with the tools to fix it. So far so good, but after a day I went to use the bike and the brake problem persisted, but I prefer to leave it low, today on March 9th, in less than a month the bike had an empty tire, I went to fill it and the air chamber burst, the tire repairman showed me that the chamber had no protection and was completely rusted inside. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, A HUGE DAMAGE, AND I WILL call Procon to go after my rights
