★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Parece que chegamos a loja e estamos fazendo um favor. Não vejo em nenhum momento os vendedores fazendo questão de satisfazer o cliente. E não digo isso esperando um atendimento top não, mas o mínimo. Fui várias vezes a loja por N solicitações diferentes e sempre sai de mãos vazias devido ao pouco caso. Por telefone nem se fala, a ignorância chegou a ser absurda. Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. It looks like we got to the store and we're doing you a favor. At no time do I see the salespeople making a point of satisfying the customer. And I don't say that expecting a top service, no, but the minimum. I went to the store several times for N different requests and always left empty handed due to the low case. Over the phone we don't even talk, ignorance was absurd. I do not recommend.
