Tenho que ligar para ficar sabendo dos atrasos, já que NGM entra em contato comigo. Resumindo, paguei 100% das cortinas e não sei nem se vão me entregar. Apesar das recomendações que deram, estou tendo uma Péssima experiência com esta loja. Eu NÃO recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive boa experiência na loja e não recomendo a ninguém, pois a vendedora Estela da loja de Alphaville infelizmente não deu a devida atenção, fez pouco caso, mentiu dizendo que passaria o orçamento e já se passaram 3 semanas, sinceramente não entendi porque ela fez tanto descaso . Nosso primeiro contato foi feito por telefone para orçar o piso, ela informou que passaria o orçamento e não enviou, fomos até a loja no dia seguinte e pedi pra ela anotar novamente o email, porque ela sequer anotou, não enviou no dia, liguei novamente e ela informou que passaria assim que passasse um outro orçamento. Enfim, ela não estava afim de vender, não sei o motivo. Claro que fechei com o concorrente e aliás os pisos já estão instalados e até hoje o orçamento prometido não chegou . Fica a dica pra diretoria o tipo de profissional que tem na loja.
