O atendimento é maravilhoso em todos os momentos. Possui uma boa variedade de esmaltes e as manicures são super cuidadosas com as nossas mãos e pés.
Best Copacabana nail polish. Very cozy environment, following the security protocols for Covid. By appointment, distance between customers. The service is wonderful at all times. It has a good variety of nail polishes and the manicurists are super careful with our hands and feet.

A esmaltação em si também ficou com muitas falhas, além de não ter ficado uniforme o tamanho das unhas. Infelizmente minhas expectativas não foram atendidas. O ambiente em si é ótimo, calmo, com espaçamento entre as pessoas, seguindo todos os protocolos da Covid.
I loved the atmosphere in the salon, but all my nails were badly bruised with the gel nail polish. The enamel itself also had many flaws, and the size of the nails was not uniform. Unfortunately my expectations were not met. The environment itself is great, calm, with space between people, following all Covid protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Deixei de cumprir com outros compromissos para fazer a manutenção de uma unha e a recepcionista disse que o atendimento atrasaria 30min. Depois desse tempo, q atrasaria de em torno de 20min, mas que não poderia garantir. Não fui atendenida. Decepcionante! Não recomendo perder tempo em agendar horário nesse estabelecimento.
My experience was bad. I failed to fulfill other commitments to do the maintenance of a nail and the receptionist said that the service would delay 30min. After that time, it would be around 20 minutes late, but I couldn't guarantee it. I was not attended to. Disappointing! I do not recommend wasting time booking an appointment at this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very limited selection of gel polish. They don’t have white or classic red. Which is the very basic!
I did regular polish on my natural nails and it’s already chipping and looks old because they didn’t apply a top coat to protect the polish. The process was so long to take my old gel polish and it was harsh on the nails because they were forcefully pushing the gel off, almost damaging my real nails.
