★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz toda negociação e compra pelo WhatsApp de forma rápida. Porém, as placas de compensado que comprei, faltaram alguns pedaços cortados (veio a peça inteira). Como paguei pelo corte, questionei no mesmo WhatsApp da compra e simplesmente ignoraram.
I did all the negotiation and purchase by WhatsApp quickly. However, the plywood boards I bought, some cut pieces were missing (the whole piece came). As I paid for the cut, I questioned on the same WhatsApp as the purchase and simply ignored it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz toda a negociação por telefone , fui atendida de imediato( pela Cynthia ?) que tirou todas as minhas dúvidas,me orientando na escolha do material certo pra minha necessidade. Evitando erros de metragem e o mais importante desperdício de dinheiro.
I did all the negotiations over the phone, I was attended to immediately (by Cynthia ?) who answered all my doubts, guiding me in choosing the right material for my needs. Avoiding footage errors and the most important waste of money.
