★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, o atende além de não olhar na sua cara não é extremamente grosseiro. Mandei mensagem levou três horas pra eu ser atendida. E ainda sim levou duas horas para o retorno. Quando chego na loja ainda sou mal atendida .

Falta talvez mais experiência a frente do balcão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, precisei de um conjunto de camisas para um evento que era obrigatório o uso, eles aceitaram o serviço mas não entregaram na data e nem horário combinado, ou seja, minha empresa deixou de cumprir os pré requisitos por culpa deles, sem profissionalismo nenhum, apenas deixaram de responder e eu que fiquei com o prejuízo.
Horrible experience, I needed a set of shirts for an event that was mandatory to wear, they accepted the service but did not deliver on the agreed date or time, that is, my company failed to meet the prerequisites because of them, without any professionalism , they just stopped responding and I got the loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho com print on demand por isso não tenho familiaridade com o produto físico, ao solicitar um orçamento mandei o modelo que queria e o tipo de tecido, o atendente visualizou mas não me respondeu até hoje. Não entendi qual o critério para dar um simples orçamento , enfim...
