★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A desorganização com relação ao financeiro do supermercado é o que mais choca. Todas as vezes no caixa não tem troco. TODAS AS VEZES. Hoje ficamos 15min na fila esperando finalizarem a sangria, depois disso, a cliente da frente passou sua compra e ficou 10min esperando troco. Dez minutos esperando troco, tem noção? Fomos lá reclamar, ouvimos um "aí, estão terminando de contabilizar o dinheiro" gente, era pra trocar 20,00. Não 20mil. Sinceramente? Se não tem troco, não abram as portas, ou forneçam alguma solução pros clientes.
The disorganization regarding the supermarket's finances is what most shocks. Every time the cashier has no change. EVERYTIME. Today we were in line for 15 minutes waiting for the sangria to be finished, after that, the customer in front passed her purchase and waited 10 minutes for change. Ten minutes waiting for change, you know? We went there to complain, we heard a "hey, they're finishing counting the money", people, it was supposed to change 20.00. Not 20 thousand. Sincerely? If you don't have change, don't open the doors, or provide any solution to customers.
