Em 13 Out, 10h30, procurei a loja para lavar meu carro. Seria um serviço de lavagem "geral" (lavagem externa e limpeza/aspiração interna), por BRL$69,90. Nesta hora já havia uma cliente sendo atendida e o Gerente explicava que havia um carro sendo lavado, depois seria o carro desta cliente, depois o meu; ou seja, meu carro seria o #3 da fila. Concordei, ainda disse que nao tinha pressa, poderia receber o carro no fim do dia. Fui para casa e fiquei aguardando contato. Prefiro um serviço calmo e correto do que algo rápido e mau feito. As 17h25 o gerente me ligou para avisar que o carro estava pronto. Fui para lá. Cheguei 17h54, 06 minutos antes de fechar. A loja ja estava fechada, apenas uma pequena porta aberta. Meu carro estacionado na calçada, fora da loja (achei estranho e melhor nem comentar). Paguei pelo serviço, peguei a chave e fui ao carro. Pude notar funcionários ávidos para irem embora. Ao sentar no banco do motorista já pude ver que os vidros estavam SUJOS, embassados de sujeira e gordura pela parte de fora. Os tapetes de borracha, internos, estavam MOLHADOS, o que indica que nao tiveram tempo de secar. O carro foi o ULTIMO carro a ser lavado no dia.....ou seja, A EMPRESA NAO RESPEITOU A ORDEM DE AGENDAMENTO que eles mesmos fazem propaganda. Logo ao lado do banco do carona havia PAPEL DE CHOCOLATE da minha filha, largado no piso. Ou seja, o carro nao foi sequer aspirado. Nos trilhos dos bancos havia pelo de cachorro, areia de praia, sujeira. Ao verificar a caçamba do carro: foi lavada, mas ENTREGUE MOLHADA. O carro ficou 8h na empresa e foi entregue SUJO e MOLHADO. A empresa tem 3 filiais e o telefone 21.98179.5950 refere-se a um gestor/chefe que transfere a culpa para um gerente local de nome Rauly, sugerindo que leve o carro para lavar de novo pelo 2 dia consecutivo. Traduzindo: se você quer PERDER TEMPO e ter incomodaçôes com um mau serviço, é só falar com o Rauly!!!! Leva seu carro lá! Mas planeje 2 dias para uma simples lavagem "lava-jato"! EM TEMPO: eu pedi ao Rauly um orçamento de pintura do carro, mas ele nao me passou porque estava com pressa para ir embora..... #deixaquieto
On Oct 13, 10:30 am, I went to the store to wash my car. It would be a "general" washing service (external washing and internal cleaning/vacuuming), for BRL$69.90. I agreed, I even said I was in no hurry, I could receive the car at the end of the day. I went home and waited for contact. I prefer a calm and correct service to something quick and poorly done. At 5:25 pm the manager called me to let me know that the car was ready. I went there. I arrived at 5:54 pm, 06 minutes before closing. The store was already closed, just a small door open. My car parked on the sidewalk, outside the store (I thought it was strange and better not to comment). I paid for the service, took the key and went to the car. I could see employees eager to leave. As I sat in the driver's seat, I could see that the windows were DIRTY, smeared with dirt and grease on the outside. The internal rubber mats were WET, indicating that they did not have time to dry. The car was the LAST car to be washed that day.....that is, THE COMPANY DID NOT COMPLY WITH THE SCHEDULE ORDER that they advertise themselves. Right next to the passenger seat was my daughter's CHOCOLATE PAPER, lying on the floor. In other words, the car was not even vacuumed. There was dog fur, beach sand, dirt on the bench rails. When checking the car's bucket: it was washed, but DELIVERED WET. The car stayed at the company for 8 hours and was delivered DIRTY and WET. The company has 3 branches and the phone number 21.98179.5950 refers to a manager/boss who transfers the blame to a local manager named Rauly, suggesting that he take the car to wash it again for the 2nd consecutive day. Translating: if you want to WASTE TIME and be bothered by bad service, just talk to Rauly!!!! Take your car there! But plan 2 days for a simple "jet wash" wash! IN TIME: I asked Rauly for a quote for the car's painting, but he didn't give it to me because he was in a hurry to leave.
