Os móveis ficaram prontos no prazo e devido a um atraso na obra tive que postergar a entrega e montagem,o que não foi um problema ,pois mais uma vez fui mega bem compreendida e atendida !!Combinamos a montagem e eles estavam lá ,no prazo para montar meus móveis e assim fizeram!Ja trabalhei com alguns parceiros de Planejados ,mas posso dizer francamente que nenhum desses que conheci tem um padrão de qualidade e atendimento tanto pré quanto pós venda tão excepcional quanto o da Martins Móveis Planejados !Estou super satisfeita e agradecida pelo o trabalho de vcs !!!
I had the opportunity to work with Martins Móveis Planejados recently. I didn't know them, due to my need, we ended up being presented by Google! Since the first contact I was very well assisted by Matheus, who gave me all the guidance with great helpfulness, and then on ahead, we were promptly attended to for questions or guidance whenever necessary!!! The furniture was ready on time and due to a delay in the work I had to postpone delivery and assembly, which was not a problem, as I was once again very well understood and attended to!! We agreed the assembly and they were there, on time. to assemble my furniture and they did it! I've already worked with some Planejados partners, but I can honestly say that none of those I met has a standard of quality and service, both pre and post sales, as exceptional as that of Martins Móveis Planejados! I'm super satisfied and Thank you for your work !!!
