I only see compliments, but I call forever and no one answers! I send a message on WhatsApp, it is online and does not respond, does not return, I call through whatsapp and refuse the call. How do I get a pre-service. Difficult!!!

â â â â â Doutora Ana Paula sempre maravilhosa e tranquila nos seus atendimentos, porem a recepcionista extremamente arrogante com os pacientes, tbm trabalho lidando com o publico e sei que nĂŁo Ă© fĂĄcil, as vezes estamos de saco cheiro, porem falta um pouco mais de empatia e educação na recepção.
Dr. Ana Paula is always wonderful and calm in her care, but the receptionist is extremely arrogant with patients, I also work dealing with the public and I know it's not easy, sometimes we're sick of it, but a little more empathy and education are lacking in Front desk.

A Dr deveria ter uma recepcionista mais educada e humana , jĂĄ que estĂĄ lidando com o pĂșblico e com saĂșde . NinguĂ©m procura mĂ©dico por brincadeira. A dr atende super bem , nada a reclamar . Dr Ana Paula, super attentive. I really enjoyed the consultation. However indignant with the behavior of the receptionist. Super rude, disrespectful to the patient, mocking, no adjectives to classify the behavior of this receptionist. First time I go to a private practice and I am so rude. The Dr should have a more polite and humane receptionist, as she is dealing with the public and with health. Nobody goes to a doctor for fun. The dr attends very well, nothing to complain. Now the reception is 0.

My experience was terrible the receptionist is ridiculous, unbearable and worse w Dr Ana Paula supports her behavior, I went to complain to the doctor and she defended the receptionist, she will never come back.
