★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Além do mais, ainda acham que o cliente é trouxa!!! Fiz meu pedido pelo IFOOD, 2 itens do meu pedido vieram faltando (2 esfihas de frango com requeijão), entrei em contato pelo chat do ifood, a pessoa disse que o frango havia acabado mas que eu poderia trocar por outro sabor, fiz a troca por 2 esfihas de calabresa com requeijão, e pedi pra acrescentar mais duas de milho com Catupiry, que no anúncio diz ser ORIGINAL. As esfihas chegaram e eu paguei a diferença, novamente o meu pedido veio ERRADO, as calabresas vieram sem requeijão e com cebola (que pelo valor era mais barato do que as que eu havia pedido e paguei pela mais cara e enviaram a mais barata), de milho com catupiry ORIGINAL, não veio nada de original, veio algum negocio aguado, sem sabor de nada! E ainda reclamei no ifood e ainda tiveram a cara de pau de responder a minha avaliação la e falar que aquilo era o catupiry original… grande falta de respeito, mentirosos!!!!!!! Ainda acham que a gente é idiota!
 Terrible attendance! What's more, they still think the customer is a muggle!!! I placed my order through IFOOD, 2 items of my order were missing (2 sfihas of chicken with curd), I contacted the ifood chat, the person said that the chicken was gone but I could exchange it for another flavor, I made the exchange for 2 sfihas of pepperoni with cream cheese, and I asked to add two more corn with Catupiry, which in the ad says to be ORIGINAL. The sfihas arrived and I paid the difference, again my order came WRONG, the pepperoni came without curd and with onion (which by value was cheaper than the ones I had ordered and I paid for the most expensive one and they sent the cheapest one), of corn with ORIGINAL catupiry, nothing original came, some watery thing came, with no taste of anything! And I still complained on ifood and they still had the nerve to answer my evaluation there and say that it was the original catupiry… great lack of respect, liars!!!!!!! They still think we're idiots!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A esfiha é muito boa... mais o que me surpreendeu foi a pizza boa e preço justo! Sem contar o atendimento do motoboy "Rafael " extremamente educado... super recomendo.
The esfiha is very good ... but what surprised me was the good pizza and fair price! Not to mention the attendance of the extremely courteous "Rafael" motoboy ... I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei agora as 23h26 para saber se ainda estava aceitando pedido para retirar no balcão e fui super mal atendido.
Primeiro eu tive que perguntar se era da Esfiha Boa Mania porque a pessoa nem atender direito fez, pareceu que eu estava ligando para a casa de uma pessoa e não em uma empresa. A pessoa do outro lado da linha apenas disse "estamos limpando para ir embora". Nem esperou eu acabar de falar o motivo da minha ligação e repetiu a frase novamente.
Péssimo atendimento!
No folheto está escrito que fecha a 00h00.
I called now at 23h26 to find out if I was still accepting a request to pick up at the counter and I was super poorly attended.
First I had to ask if it was from Esfiha Boa Mania because the person didn't even answer it properly, it seemed that I was calling someone's home and not at a company. The person on the other end of the phone just said "we're cleaning up to go." He didn't even wait for me to finish saying the reason for my call and repeated the sentence again.
Terrible attendance!
The leaflet says it closes at 00:00.
