★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre compro produtos Maruiti, principalmente shoyu hatenko. Pra mim este é melhor shoyu pra sashimis. Já experimentei outras marcas, mas o Hatenko é imbatível.
E o umeboshi deles é realmente umeboshi, não é umezuke. A maioria dos umes no mercado é umezuke. O da Maruiti passa pelo processo de secagem no sol, daí o nome umeboshi.
I always buy Maruiti products, especially shoyu hatenko. For me this is better shoyu for sashimi. I've tried other brands, but Hatenko is unbeatable.
And their umeboshi is really umeboshi, not umezuke. Most umes in the market is umezuke. Maruiti's goes through the process of drying in the sun, hence the name umeboshi.
