â â â â â PĂŠssima profissional. Visitei um apartamento para alugar em vilas do atlântico na quinta 29/10 e decidi fechar negĂłcio. Como estava em outro apt alugado, precisaria sair desse e entrar no outro rapidamente. Queria fazer isso jĂĄ no dia seguinte (sexta-feira). Srta Mary disse ser tudo possĂvel desde que com contrato assinado + firma reconhecida + depĂłsito inicial. Nesse meio tempo ela ficou colocando aquela velha pressĂŁo de vendedor dizendo que tinha outra pessoa interessada e blĂĄ blĂĄ bla. Como ela nĂŁo tinha como me entregar o contrato, fui numa grĂĄfica imprimi e fui reconhecer firma. Avisei via whatsapp que tinha concluĂdo e disse que estava esperando as orientaçþes dela - tudo isso por volta do horĂĄrio do almoço. EntĂŁo a Srta Mary sumiu. NĂŁo respondeu minhas mensagens no whatsapp e eu resolvi ligar. Liguei 2x e ela nĂŁo atendeu. A partir daĂ jĂĄ considerei nĂŁo fazer mais negĂłcios por se tratar de uma conduta antiprofissional, mas ao pedir opiniĂŁo de algumas pessoas prĂłximas resolvi deixar para resolver na volta do feriado. Detalhe: nesse meio tempo ela nĂŁo mandou nenhuma mensagem dando satisfação ou orientando sobre qualquer coisa. Na terça feira (volta do feriado), voltei a mandar mensagem para saber se as coisas ainda estavam de pĂŠ, ela confirmou mas disse que eu nĂŁo poderia mudar pq nĂŁo tinha ainda a TV e que precisava da nova TV para fazer vistoria e eu me mudar. Ok. O detalhe ĂŠ que ela enviou um ĂĄudio de 2 minutos dizendo que se eu tivesse adiantado a a minha parte (no caso, feito o depĂłsito) ela poderia ter ajeitados as coisas no feriado para eu entrar na segunda/terça. Ou seja, ela me deixou falando sozinho na sexta feira, nĂŁo atendeu as minhas ligaçþes e depois ainda jogou a culpa em mim, enfim: pĂŠssima profissional.
 Terrible professional. I visited an apartment to rent in Atlantic villas on Thursday 29/10 and decided to close the deal. As I was in another rented apt, I would need to get out of that one and enter the other one quickly. I wanted to do that already the next day (Friday). Miss Mary said that everything is possible as long as with a signed contract + recognized firm + initial deposit. In the meantime she was putting on that old salesperson pressure saying that she had someone else interested and blah blah blah. As she had no way of handing me the contract, I went to a printing shop and printed it out and went to recognize the firm. I told her via whatsapp that I had finished and said I was waiting for her directions - all this around lunchtime. Then Miss Mary was gone. Did not answer my messages on whatsapp and I decided to call. I called 2x and she didn't answer. From then on, I already considered not doing any more business because it was an unprofessional conduct, but when I asked the opinion of some close people, I decided to leave it to resolve on the return of the holiday. Detail: in the meantime she did not send any messages giving satisfaction or giving advice on anything. On Tuesday (back from the holiday), I sent a message again to see if things were still up, she confirmed but said that I couldn't change because I didn't have the TV yet and that I needed the new TV to do an inspection and I to change. Okay. The detail is that she sent a 2 minute audio saying that if I had advanced my part (in this case, made the deposit) she could have arranged things for the holiday for me to enter on Monday / Tuesday. In other words, she left me talking to myself on Friday, she didn't answer my calls and then she still blamed me, in short: terrible professional.
