No caso a pessoa perde tempo e dinheiro e eles devem contratar e chamar pra trabalhar só os conhecidos porque eu tenho experiência tenho referência e nada... Mais Deus é mais ??

No momento da confirmação do agendamento é passado um valor e na hora da confirmação do agendamento, vem a surpresinha, tem que pagar o transporte do profissional. COLOQUEM ISSO BEM CLARO no site, coloquem também os termos de contrato no site. Quando o cliente fizer um agendamento, enviem um email(automático) para o cliente apresentado exatamente as informações que foram preenchidas no site.
Alem disso, todas as informações para o agendamento foram passadas no site, porem no momento da confirmação, o horário foi alterado. Se for para ser atendido da forma antiga, eu pelo o telefone e ligo (perda de tempo), mas acredito que não é isto que os clientes que buscam agendamento on-line, querem.
Voltarei para o site que ja venho usando a tempos e esta funcionando bem.

Porém a maior parte das vezes fico em casa no sábado para receber a profissional. Expliquei minha situação e eles simplesmente abriram mão do cliente. Não tentaram me ajudar, não havia flexibilidade. Eu sempre comprei o mês todo adiantado e pagava no início do mês. Desde janeiro, e fui vendo o atendimento decair. Até faxina marcada não aconteceu duas vezes. Uma falta de respeito. Estou mudando de agência. Uma pena. Foi bom o serviço por dois meses. Depois disso foi caindo a qualidade do atendimento no WhatsApp e no aplicativo.
