★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um notebook de 9 mil reais para um conserto simples, que realmente ficou com o prazo e preço bom, porém o notebook voltou com riscos na tampa e com e carcaça um pouco deformada. Para um conserto que era pra ter sido simples e INTERNO achei que não tiveram cuidado nenhum com o notebook. Nunca mais usarei os serviços dessa empresa.
I took a 9 thousand reais notebook for a simple repair, which really got the deadline and good price, but the notebook came back with scratches on the lid and with a slightly deformed casing. For a repair that was supposed to be simple and INTERNAL, I thought they weren't careful with the notebook. I will never use the services of that company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu monitor LCD estava com problema no áudio. Levei numa assistência técnica e queriam me cobrar 350 Reais. Como eu não tinha condições de pagar aquele valor, decidi procurar outra empresa. Pesquisei no Google e por sorte encontrei a Masistec. Além do atendimento top, eles simplesmente resetaram o programa e não me cobraram nada. Honestidade não tem preço. Vocês são 10!!!
My LCD monitor had audio problem. I took a technical assistance and they wanted to charge me 350 reais. As I was unable to pay that amount, I decided to look for another company. I googled and luckily found Masistec. In addition to the top service, they simply reset the program and didn't charge me anything. Honesty is priceless. You are 10!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, gastei meu dinheiro a toa, estava com problema no Wi-Fi como já é de costume com a LG e eles disseram que estava funcionando normalmente, voltava pra casa e acontecia a mesma coisa. Ao pesquisar na Internet vi em um vídeo que era somente limpar o conector do wifi e eu mesma resolvi correndo risco de estragar a TV. Não me atenderam bem, não deixaram deixar com a caixa junto me fazendo descartar, os atendentes não foram profissionais. Prefiro pagar qualquer outra assistência, mas essa nunca mais.
Bad service, I spent my money for nothing, I had a problem with the Wi-Fi as it is usual with LG and they said it was working normally, I returned home and the same thing happened. When searching the Internet, I saw in a video that it was only cleaning the wifi connector and I decided to run the risk of spoiling the TV. They didn't take care of me well, they didn't let me keep the box together, making me discard it, the attendants were unprofessional. I prefer to pay any other assistance, but this one never again.
