Enquanto esperava a minha vez vi que o responsável pelo estabelecimento deu um cartão fidelidade a um outro cliente onde registrou todas as vezes anteriores que o mesmo lá tinha ido. Quando pedi o meu, sou informado que é só para cabelo. Apesar de estar satisfeito como atendimento do barbeiro Gustavo, está foi a última vez que lá fui, já que sou um cliente indesejado.
I went to shave and mustache for the sixth time at your establishment located in Boqueirão in Santos. While waiting for my turn, I saw that the person in charge of the establishment gave a loyalty card to another customer where he registered all the previous times that he had gone there. When I ordered mine, I am told that it is only for hair. Despite being satisfied with the service provided by the barber Gustavo, this was the last time I went there, since I am an unwanted customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mason’s Mustache Club was my very first experience at a dedicated male hair salon that goes beyond hair trimming and facial hair shaving... it’s a place that you’ll make new friends right at the first visit. Let’s start from the beginning: you’ll contact the saloon by cellphone and schedule a session for haircut or shaving or just hang out and smoke a cigar a have a drink with a nice conversation. Then there’s the location. I know it’s one of the worse place to try to find a spot to park, but they’ll take care of your parking across the street, so “getting there and parking car or motorcycle, CHECK ✔️”. The place itself: very clean and sanitized with all precautions so you can feel confident that there won’t be any decease spread or cutting malpractice, which could possibly get you sick somehow. Alcohol gel in different locations of the saloon, safe distance from one customer and barber to another, all contributing to current regulations of social distancing guidelines. Also, ad you can see in the picture, the barber worked through out the job wearing his mask at all times. I’m not wearing during the pic because it was right after the job and he’s done shaving, so it’s kinda difficult to shave using mask at the same time. But he was there protected and protecting me from any signs of decease spreading. Then comes the conversation the flows around the saloon, which invites you to a pleasant environment without being intrusive and awkward. In the end, this is a MOSTLY male saloon (women and kids are welcomed as well, bookings are accepted through WhatsApp). My barber, Victor, was over-the-top careful and focused. Listened very closely to his mentor and delivered a very detailed and technical haircut, which made me happy and confident to come around and let others know that Mason’s Mustache Club is really the ideal location not just for a very high quality haircut, but also to spend time with friends (new or usual). Totally recommend this saloon and definitely will get back again, whenever my feet walks around the city of Santos. Good job guys, keep up with the great work!
