★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui hiper bem atendido pela gerente Letícia que ao relatar um pequeno contratempo de informação, ela me posicionou de forma segura que certamente será corrigido a outros clientes, entretanto minha satisfação se fez com a solução do problema apresentado a empresa que cumpriu o prazo de chegada da peça de reposição e tive a grata e segura resolução com o conhecimento aplicado pelo seu funcionário (técnico) que com muita sabedoria, aplicou seus conhecimentos de forma impecável para concluir o que contratei! Pontualmente é uma empresa que me deixou satisfeito e certamente seguirá com seu propósito de atender com o seu melhor para a satisfação de seus clientes!
I was very well attended by the manager Letícia who, when reporting a small information mishap, she positioned me in a safe way that will certainly be corrected to other customers, however my satisfaction was made with the solution of the problem presented to the company that met the arrival deadline of the spare part and I had the grateful and safe resolution with the knowledge applied by your employee (technician) who with great wisdom, applied his knowledge impeccably to complete what I hired! Occasionally it is a company that left me satisfied and will certainly continue with its purpose of serving its best for the satisfaction of its customers!
