★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the steak and spaghetti. Steak was cooked well but the spaghetti was a flavorless congealed mess. Also had the filet mingon with pasta. That dish was done well. The wine list was extremely limited. Only 2 reds. For desert I had the creme blulee crepe with ice cream. The crepe came out cold drenched in caramel sauce. Including 2 small waters it came to about 60 usd. Yet another example of food looking better than it tasted. They have a set lunch menue that wasn't offered to us. That would be much better value. Service was ok. Rio is swarming with Italian places. The small trattoria near my air b n b had a more extensive menue with more flavorful food at a fraction of the price.

One star less as the food in the set menu was put on the table very fast, eg while we were still on starters, they already tried to put the next course on the table. Neither stomach nor table had space for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually the best pizza Ive had in my 3 months in South America. Perfect crust. Had the goats cheese and courgette pizza which was amazing. Could eat it every night! Also had great caiprinhas. Good vibes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent. We had ravioli stuffed with ribs and Seafood Fettuccine. The is a clean industrial atmosphere with nice lighting. The service was just okay given that it wasn't very busy. Prices are fair for the context.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I liked the milanesa de mignon, the pizza was average but nothing special. The risoto de camaroes grelhados didn't work - the octopus was great and so was the risotto but the two didn't mix well. The tiramisu was also a little strange with too much cream. Overall it was good but didn't quite work for me.
