Boa noite, eu sou morador da região e comprava nesta pizzaria quando chamava Ian Pizzas, a qual a pizza era maravilhosa além de um ótimo atendimento do proprietário, depois de um tempo foi passado a pizzaria e a massa era diferente e acabei não apreciando e fiquei um bom tempo sem compra no mesmo.
De um tempo atrás percebi que tinha mudado o nome para Massa Fina e o que me parece já era outro dono e hoje resolvi dá uma chance. De imediato fui bem atendido pedindo a pizza pelo whatsapp a qual fui informado que demoraria uns 40min. para a mesma chegar, com 45min. de espera resolvi ligar na pizzaria e me informaram que acabaram se enganando com o tempo e que o motoboy já iria voltar para pegar a minha pizza pois já estava pronta, com 1hr15min. de espera retorno a ligar para a pizzaria a qual fui informado que o motoboy já havia saído com a minha pizza, se quando liguei me informaram que minha pizza já estava pronta e fazia mais de 30min. eu questionei o rapaz que me atendeu se a pizza não iria chegar fria e o mesmo me afirmou que não mas chegou fria sim, não posso avaliar o sabor pois o mesmo estava fria, logo que a pizza chegou eu mandei uma mensagem pelo whats para pizzaria avisando que estava friaa qual a mensagem foi ignorado e nem um pedido de desculpa eu recebi. Como tinha 2 crianças em casa não deu para devolver.

Good night, I am a resident of the region and I used to buy at this pizzeria when I called Ian Pizzas, which pizza was wonderful as well as great service from the owner, after a while the pizzeria was gone and the pasta was different and I ended up not enjoying it and I stayed a good time without buying in it.
From a while ago I realized that I had changed the name to Massa Fina and what I think was already another owner and today I decided to give it a try. Immediately I was well attended by ordering the pizza by whatsapp which I was informed would take about 40min. to arrive, with 45 minutes. waiting I decided to call at the pizzeria and they informed me that they ended up cheating with time and that the courier would already come back to get my pizza because it was ready, with 1hr15min. waiting to return to call the pizzeria which I was informed that the motoboy had already left with my pizza, if when I called they informed me that my pizza was already ready and it was more than 30min. I questioned the boy who answered me if the pizza would not arrive cold and he said no but it arrived cold yes, I cannot evaluate the taste because it was cold, as soon as the pizza arrived I sent a message via whats to the pizzeria warning that it was cold which message was ignored and not an apology I received. As I had 2 children at home, I couldn't return it.

Half of the pizza was stuck to the box, in addition to not being crispy as advertised. I suggest changing the pizzaolo, not to lose customers.
