Desmontou tudo... estão de parabéns..perdi 02 pacotes inteiros de rondelli.... Não coloquem em ågua fervente por 3 minutos!!!!
Coloquem o molho quente e pronto.

I've never had such delicious pasta.
Soft, light and with a homemade flavor.
It goes well with all sauces, I made cannelloni and rondelli was wonderful.
It doesn't crack and doesn't dry out.

â â â â â Fiz uma compra de um rondelli que sempre costumo comprar (melhor dizendo, costumava) e me certifiquei que estava estragado.
Mandei email para a marca avaliar o porquĂȘ, dando a chance para empresa prestar um bom atendimento, apurar onde estava o erro, enfim.. corrigir o problema.
E-mail enviado no começo do mĂȘs de dezembro.. respondido em janeiro (com a informação que estavam de recesso). Me ofereceram o reembolso de R$ 20,00 reais (paguei muito mas, porĂ©m nem contestei e aceitei.).
A empresa me enviou um comprovante (pago em dinheiro) sem horårio de depósito, sem nenhuma informação concreta.. isso hå uma semana atrås. Esse valor NUNCA caiu em conta! Jå é uma empresa que não då para confiar!!!
A reclamação foi feita por diversos fatores, mas a gente sabe quando a empresa Ă© sĂ©ria e respeitosa com o cliente.. por fim, se vocĂȘ for como eu e costuma pesquisar reputação... Vai entender que Ă© melhor fugir dessa marca.
Vou abrir um PROCON nĂŁo sĂł pela massa estragada, mas pelo atendimento ruim.. porque sou consumidor, paguei pelo produto, o mĂnimo era ter o que comprei sem ter problemas!!
I made a purchase of a rondelli that I always buy (or rather I used to) and made sure it was spoiled.
I sent an email to the brand to evaluate why, giving the company a chance to provide good service, find out where the error was, in short.. correct the problem.
E-mail sent at the beginning of December.. answered in January (with the information that they were on recess). They offered me a refund of R$ 20.00 reais (I paid a lot, but I didn't even object and accepted.).
The company sent me a receipt (paid in cash) with no deposit time, without any concrete information.. that was a week ago. This value NEVER fell into account! It's already a company you can't trust!!!
The complaint was made for several factors, but we know when the company is serious and respectful with the customer.. finally, if you're like me and you tend to research reputation... You'll understand that it's better to avoid this brand.
I'm going to open a PROCON not only for the spoiled dough, but for the bad service.. because I'm a consumer, I paid for the product, the least was to have what I bought without having problems!!
