Era uma surpresa para um membro da família, moro nos EUA e tentei pagar daqui mas o site n pediu dados do cartão e a empresa não sabe como pegar os dados por msg ou telefone. Disseram pra cancelar pelo app, mas tb n tem como. Minha prima desde ontem ligando pra loja, prometem retorno mas n ligam de volta e desligam na cara dela.
Since yesterday trying to cancel an order and they don't know how. It was a surprise for a family member, I live in the US and I tried to pay from here but the website didn't ask for card details and the company doesn't know how to get the data by msg or phone. They said to cancel through the app, but there's no way. My cousin since yesterday calling the store, they promise to return but they don't call back and hang up on her.
