★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoram muito para entregar quase duas horas, atendimento via WhatsApp é péssimo e o pedido veio errado, faltando itens.... além disso veio com os hots frios e muchos... ao reclamar me informaram que não podia fazer nada pois estavam fechando.... e não aconteceu apenas uma vez em vários pedidos tenho problemas
It takes a long time to deliver almost two hours, service via WhatsApp is terrible and the order came wrong, missing items .... moreover it came with the cold hots and muchos ... when complaining they informed me that I couldn't do anything because they were closing. ... and it didn't happen just once in several orders I have problems

O lugar é bem conveniente para mim quando tenho que resolver algo no shopping, a comida japonesa já está pronta e quando pede algo a parte do self service costuma vir bem rápido, mas toda vez que como nesse lugar fico admirado com o péssimo tratamento com os clientes, a gerência precisa treinar melhor seus funcionários para serem mais receptivos.
I like the place but I resist eating here because of the service.
The place is very convenient for me when I have to do something at the mall, the Japanese food is ready and when I order something the self service part usually comes very quickly, but every time I eat in this place I am amazed by the terrible treatment with the For customers, management needs to better train its employees to be more responsive.
