★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento, concertei um equipamento que paguei quase o valor de um novo, quando vou usar a função de cadastro de um novo colaborador o equipamento não aceita, e ainda tratam com muita indiferença.

Instalaram um controle de acesso na porta da minha empresa com imã. Um ano após a instalação, o imã caiu mostrando atrás da instalação uma fita dupla face. Uma empresa de controle de acesso de segurança faz a instalação com uma FITA DUPLA FACE que qualquer pessoa que forçasse a porta, romperia. A peça em questão tem entradas para parafusos que poderiam ter sido instalados pelo lado de dentro da porta, porém isso foi negligenciado. A peça possui duas partes de metal, impossibilitando para um leigo verificar que existia uma fita no meio. Ao questionar a empresa, quiseram me cobrar 240 reais só para a visita, e ainda disseram que eu tinha assinado atestando que fizeram o serviço, como se eu tivesse capacidade de entender procedimentos de segurança que estavam abaixo de placas de metal.

READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY:
They installed an access control on my company's magnet door. One year after installation, the magnet fell showing behind the installation a double-sided tape. A security access control company installs with a DOUBLE FACE TAPE that anyone who forced the door would break. The part in question has screw inlets that could have been installed inside the door, but this was overlooked. The piece has two metal parts, making it impossible for a layman to verify that there was a ribbon in the middle. When questioning the company, they wanted to charge me 240 reais just for the visit, and even said that I had signed that they did the job, as if I had the ability to understand security procedures that were under metal plates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, na última vez que foi solicitado um serviço com essa empresa, a manutenção de uma catraca, fizeram a atualização do equipamento e entregaram sem finalizar as configurações e não responderam aos pedidos assistência, fora que para fixação perfuraram o piso a ponto de atravessar no andar de baixo causando transtorno com clientes. Não recomendo mais os serviços dessa empresa.
Bad service, the last time a service was requested with this company, maintenance of a turnstile, they updated the equipment and delivered without finalizing the settings and did not respond to requests for assistance, apart from that for fixing they drilled the floor to the point of crossing downstairs causing inconvenience to customers. I no longer recommend the services of this company.
