fiz carregamento de gás no ar condicionado com a utilizado de um óleo fluorescente (custo extra de 50 reais) supostamente para identificar vazamento. um hora depois o ar tinha vazado novamente e segui viagem sem ar.
quanto contatei a master frio, simplesmente falaram que nao tem garantia de gás, mesmo tendo utilizado o óleo que é para evitar isso. Não tem garantia de gás e nem garantia de serviço aparentemente.
tive que gastar novamente para realizar o serviço. a solução deles é que eu tivesse voltado para altamira (estava há 200km) e refeito tudo de novo.
Good service, bad after sales.
I charged the air conditioning with gas using a fluorescent oil (extra cost of 50 reais) supposedly to identify a leak. an hour later the air had leaked again and I continued on my way without air.
When I contacted Master Cold, they simply said that there is no gas guarantee, even though they used the oil that is to avoid this. It has no gas guarantee and no service guarantee apparently.
I had to spend it again to get the service done. their solution is for me to go back to altamira (it was 200km away) and do it all over again.
