★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato via WhatsApp apenas para obter informações dos treinamentos, já indicando que se tratava de um orçamento, e fui mal atendida por André. Ainda não havia finalizado o contato e a pessoa que representa essa empresa já veio com grosserias.
Para prestar atendimento ao público, no mínimo o profissional deve ter educação e paciência, e em pedidos de orçamentos, ninguém garante fechamento.
Com certeza não indico.
I contacted via WhatsApp only to obtain information about the training, already indicating that it was a budget, and I was poorly attended by André. I still hadn't finalized the contact and the person representing this company already came with rudeness.
To provide service to the public, at least the professional must have education and patience, and in requests for quotes, no one guarantees closing.
I certainly don't recommend.
