★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei por duas vezes o serviço da Masterhouse Jundiaí. Da primeira vez o Sr Marcial foi consertar um problema na laje e acabou tropeçando nos canos e causando o maior vazamento. Insisti e chamei de novo, dessa vez para desentupir o ralo da cozinha, ele desentupiu, só que a gaveta embaixo da pia não fecha mais, e tive ontem um vazamento monstro na cozinha e quando fui olhar o que aconteceu, ele simplesmente esqueceu de rosquear o sifão!! Péssimo!! Não contratem esse empresa, além de cara, o serviço é péssimo!! Tentei contato com o Sr Marcial, porém ele não responde as mensagens, descaso total!!
 I hired Masterhouse Jundiaí twice. The first time Mr Marcial went to fix a problem in the slab and ended up tripping over the pipes and causing the biggest leak. I insisted and called again, this time to unclog the kitchen drain, he unclogged it, only the drawer under the sink doesn't close anymore, and yesterday I had a monster leak in the kitchen and when I went to look at what happened, he just forgot to screw it the siphon !! Terrible!! Do not hire this company, besides being expensive, the service is terrible !! I tried to contact Mr Marcial, but he does not answer the messages, total neglect !!
