A veterinária que me atendeu realizou apenas a pesagem do meu animal. Ela não solicitou os demais exames complementares para avaliar a real situação do bichinho. Fomos em uma outra veterinária e por lá observamos o grande número de procedimentos que não foram executados na Master Pet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após um custo pra ter atendimento via ligação ou zap estávamos indo para vacinar meu cão chegando lá informaram que só poderiam vacinar depois de 14:30 lugar imenso sem atendimento veterinário pq não avisaram antes que não tinha atendido perdi tempo e dinheiro com transporte com táxi dog se poderiam ter avisado que tinha horário de atendimento
After a cost to have care via call or zap we were going to vaccinate my dog getting there informed that they could only vaccinate after 14:30 immense place without veterinary care because they did not warn before I had missed I lost time and money with taxi dog transport could have warned that they had office hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 21/04/20, fui a essa loja com minha esposa e meu pet, e me senti totalmente desconfortável ao escolher um brinquedo pro meu cachorro. Eu não consegui dar um passo dentro da loja sem que o vendedor estivesse atrás. Me senti totalmente incomodado pela situação. Parecia que ali estava um trombadinha que em qualquer momento iria colocar um objeto debaixo da camisa e sair correndo.
Lamento por não confiarem em seus clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma loja grande e espaçosa. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos e gentis, mas faltam mais opções de produtos para os pets. E o pior: banho e tosa não faz aos sábados nem todos os dias. Então pra quem trabalha e tem a vida um pouco corrida fica difícil encontrar horários pra banho/tosa e demais cuidados com os pets.
It is a large and spacious store. The attendants are very attentive and kind, but there is a lack of more product options for pets. And the worst: bathing and grooming is not done on Saturdays or every day. So for those who work and have a little busy life, it is difficult to find schedules for bathing and grooming and other care for pets.
