★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suporte de difícil contato, demora na instalação, instabilidade depois da demora da instalação, há mais de 1 semana estou recebendo apenas 1/4 da velocidade contratada, sem contar as oscilações, infelizmente viçosa não possui nenhuma empresa de internet minimamente preocupada com o consumidor ou com o serviço prestado
 Hard to contact support, installation delay, instability after installation delay, for more than 1 week I am only receiving 1/4 of the contracted speed, not counting the oscillations, unfortunately lush does not have any internet company minimally concerned with the consumer or with the service provided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! A internet cai o tempo todo. Eles te atendem na loja física e não resolvem seu problema. Todos os domingos a internet fica fora do ar e não tem nenhuma central de atendimento pra você ligar e pedir pra resolver. Além disso ainda te fazem assinar o contrato de 1 ano e se você quiser sair paga multa. Os preços são chamativos mas o serviço é horrível.
Horrible! The internet goes down all the time. They meet you at the physical store and do not solve your problem. Every Sunday the internet is down and there is no call center for you to call and ask to resolve. They also make you sign the 1 year contract and if you want to get out you pay a fine. Prices are flashy but service is awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet cai literalmente a cada 10 minutos. Cheguei até a trocar o roteador por recomendação da empresa mas o problema continua. Os técnicos vêm mas se não vivessem daria na mesma. Vendo os comentários percebo que esse problema não acontece só comigo
The internet literally goes down every 10 minutes. I even changed the router as recommended by the company but the problem remains. The technicians come but if they didn't live it would be the same. Looking at the comments I realize that this problem doesn't just happen to me
