Apenas disseram que se tivessem a peça, seria mais rápido, em torno de uma semana, mas se não tivessem a peça em estoque para o reparo, demoraria mais tempo, pois iam depender do fabricante. Aí já peguei mal com o atendimento. Nesse tempo de espera, a Mastertec não faz contato de nenhum tipo. Ou seja, se eles se esquecerem e eu não ligar, minha lixadeira ficará la ad eternum. E foi o que aconteceu: no 35°dia, eu abri uma reclamação junto a Stanley. Em 2 ou 3 dias, uma agente do SAC da Stanley me ligou. Disse que não haveria reparo e que eu poderia pegar um item novo do catálogo. Como Stanley, Black & Decker e Dewalt são do mesmo grupo, escolhi uma lixadeira da Dewalt. Depois de eu ter feito tudo sozinho praticamente, do nada, a Mastertec manda um WhatsApp de duas linhas informando para retirar. Vejam a mensagem: "Boa tarde ! Chegou o produto novo , (O.s 82846000xxxx/xxxx) Obrigada !
Masterte". Erraram até no próprio nome. Para mim, a experiência de ser atendido pela Mastertec não foi boa. Não recomendo e não voltarei.

And that's what happened: on the 35th day, I filed a complaint with Stanley. In 2 or 3 days, a Stanley SAC agent called me. Said there would be no repair and that I could get a new item from the catalog. As Stanley, Black & Decker and Dewalt are in the same group, I chose a Dewalt sander. After I have done everything myself practically, out of nowhere, Mastertec sends a two-line WhatsApp informing me to withdraw. See the message: "Good afternoon! The new product has arrived, (O.s 82846000xxxx/xxxx) Thank you!
Masterte". They even got their name wrong. For me, the experience of being attended by Mastertec was not good. I do not recommend it and I will not return.
