Um proficinal que jamais á área de Medicina pode deixar de está sempre parabenizando. Posso afirmar hj que ó reconhecimento de um profissional na área de saúde e nada comparado a dedição total pelo paciente, independente dá gravidade. Um médico qundo entra na vida de seu paciente com tamanho conhecimento é estudo,tem á capacidade de trazer de volta vida é saúde. Hj eu so tenho á agradecer pôr ser paciente de DR. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica com profissionais muito ruins. Minha esposa quando tava grávida foi atendida por uma péssima obstetra . E depois ao fazer consulta com ginecologista foi atendida por uma profissional com péssima comunicação e que parecia que tava perdida em manejar uma paciente para colocação de DIU. Não recomendo essa clínica .
Clinic with very bad professionals. When my wife was pregnant, she was attended by a terrible obstetrician. And then, when she made an appointment with a gynecologist, she was attended by a professional with poor communication and who seemed to be lost in handling a patient for IUD placement. I do not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são maravilhosos e humanos, nunca vi em nenhum local um atendimento tão próximo ao paciente... mas o tempo de espera é um ponto negativo. Deveriam espaçar mais os horários de agendamento pois sempre a consulta demora mais do que o tempo estipulado, levando aos pacientes a uma longa espera.
The professionals are wonderful and humane, I have never seen anywhere close to the patient ... but the waiting time is a negative point. They should have more space for the scheduling times because the consultation always takes longer than the stipulated time, leading patients to a long wait.

Quando vou lá me sinto em casa, além dos cuidados com o distanciamento.
Sou enfermeira e sei da deficiência do nosso sistema de saúde sucateado e operadoras muitas vezes faltantes com nossas necessidades, o que faz desestimular muitos profissionais, como paciente senti na pele a importância de conhecer um profissional que fosse instransponível a tudo isso!

Extremely human, ethical, careful as well as an expert surgeon, hands guided by God.
The clinic is cozy, the staff smiling and polite.
When I go there I feel at home, in addition to taking care of the distance.

Já vinha sofrendo há dois anos com esse problema, antes tinha ìdo em duas clínicas diferentes, mas não obtive o tratamento adequado, e meu problema só piorava. Depois que me indicaram Dr Lucas Ramos, o qual me passou o tratamento correto. Meu problema foi resolvido. Já tem dois anos que não tenho nódulo na mama.Tambbem a equipe da clínica é boa, todos bem solícitos e educados.
I am grateful to Dr Lucas Ramos from the Mastos clinic who took care of my health problem. I have chronic granulomatous mastitis. I had been suffering from this problem for two years, I had been to two different clinics before, but I didn't get the proper treatment, and my problem only got worse. After they referred me to Dr Lucas Ramos, who gave me the correct treatment. My problem has been resolved. I haven't had a lump in my breast for two years. The clinic staff is also good, everyone is very helpful and polite.

Em 2011 conheci o Dr. Lucas Ramos, oportunidade em que retirei um nódulo da mama esquerda (benigno). Passados 10 anos, descobri outro nódulo, dessa vez na mama direita. Fiz vários exames em outro Estado, inclusive uma cirurgia para retirada do citado nódulo, ocasião em que tive o diagnóstico de câncer de mama. Antes de iniciar o tratamento no meu Estado, incentivada por familiares que já vinham sendo acompanhadas pelo Dr. Lucas Ramos e por minha experiência em 2011, decidi vir a Salvador e fazer o tratamento aqui. Friso que o Dr. Lucas, cauteloso que é, solicitou uma bateria de exames, inclusive um que havia feito recentemente (ressonância das mamas) e que para minha surpresa descobriu-se outro nódulo na mesma mama. Desta feita, em uma só cirurgia fiz o linfonodo sentinela e a retirada do outro nódulo. Ou seja, livrei-me, graças a Deus e ao Dr. Lucas, de um terceiro procedimento cirúrgico, poupando tempo, desgaste e dinheiro. É inegável a dedicação, seriedade e comprometimento com seus pacientes. Quanto aos funcionários também não se pode deixar de enfatizar que são muito cordiais e solícitos. Parabéns pelo serviço desempenhado por toda equipe da Clínica MASTOS. I will share my experience with you, notably to, perhaps, help other people who need assistance/monitoring from professionals in the area of mastology. In 2011 I met Dr. Lucas Ramos, when I removed a lump from the left breast (benign). After 10 years, I discovered another lump, this time in the right breast. I underwent several tests in another state, including a surgery to remove the aforementioned lump, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Before starting treatment in my State, encouraged by family members who were already being accompanied by Dr. Lucas Ramos and from my experience in 2011, I decided to come to Salvador and have the treatment here. I stress that Dr. Lucas, cautious as he is, requested a battery of tests, including one he had recently had (breast resonance) and which, to my surprise, discovered another lump in the same breast. This time, in a single surgery I performed the sentinel lymph node and the removal of the other node. That is, I got rid of it, thank God and Dr. Lucas, from a third surgical procedure, saving time, wear and money. The dedication, seriousness and commitment to their patients is undeniable. As for the employees, one cannot fail to emphasize that they are very cordial and helpful. Congratulations on the service performed by the entire team at Clínica MASTOS.
