★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aproximadamente dois meses comprei uma casa de carne onde ja tinha cadastrado com vcs, agora quero fazer uma alteração de cadastro em meu nome, mas não estou conseguindo.
Já enviei os documentos para o vendedor a mais de mês e nada, nem uma satisfação por parte da empresa para saber como anda essa alteração.
Não sei de quem e a falta de interesse, pois além do vendedor, já liguei para outras pessoas que trabalham internamente e não adiantou nada.
Acredito que uma empresa com o porte da paladar deveria pelo menos dar uma satisfação. Acho que falta um pouco de respeito com o cliente.
Approximately two months I bought a meat shop where I had already registered with you guys, now I want to make a registration change on my behalf, but I'm not getting it.
I have already sent the documents to the seller for more than a month and nothing, not even a satisfaction on the part of the company to know how this change is going.
I don't know whose and the lack of interest, because besides the seller, I already called other people who work internally and it didn't help.
I believe that a company with the size of taste should at least give satisfaction. I think it lacks a little respect for the customer.

Nunca vi uma carne tão dura.
Nunca aquilo é picanha
Só consigamos comer na panela de pressão.
Paladar nunca mais!
We bought, my wife and I, a packet of sliced picanha vacuum on 16/01/2020, the Celio very courteous, polite and attentive employee told us it was soft and juicy.
I've never seen meat so hard.
That is never steak
We can only eat in the pressure cooker.
Taste never again!

Apesar da ótima qualidade, o atendimento pode melhorar bastante ainda. Caixas de semblante fechado o tempo todo, respondendo com pouca atenção e até arrogância. Na minha opinião, falta simpatia e talvez até sorrisos abertos das atendentes e do gerente.

I bought about 1k and a half of chorizo steak yesterday 11/13/2021 and besides being super nervous I've never eaten meat so tough in my life! What a fiasco! Disappointed! Shame on you!

I used to buy wholesale, I'm from Joao monlevade but unfortunately I don't recommend it. We can't talk in the fridge. The Representative himself gave me his other number we have no one to complain to Unfortunately your commercial is terrible.
