★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depósito ruim gerentes mal educado folgado vendedores grita com clientes não entregas a mercadoria na data vão ter dor de cabeça super caro e melhor em ir em outro Depósito do não vai na poly ele brigam pra ser os piores Depósito em guaianases e tive experiência com os 2 ...foi péssimo ....
 Bad deposit bad-mannered managers slack salespeople yell at customers don't deliver the goods on the date they will have a headache super expensive and better to go to another Deposit do not go to poly they fight to be the worst Deposit in guaianases and I had experience with both ...it was awful ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, exite divergência de valor entre filiais, fazem o cliente de besta fazendo ir de uma loja para outra para retirada do material, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei pois comprei uns produtos e quanto foram entregar falto meus rejuntes e depois de 1 semana tive que voltar lá de novo e falaram que não ia me entregar pois não sabiam que tinha entregado ou não só liberaram depois de liga pro motorista pra confirmar que no dia em que foram entregar estava em falta nossa muita falta de responsabilidade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom o atendimento e entrega lá, hoje em dia não presta, comprei coisas lá e paguei por 3 sacos de rejuntes que não me entregaram, fui reclamar e falaram que não podia fazer nada pois tinha que avisar no dia, também comprei uma portafalaram que ia ser entregue no dia seguinte, não me entregaram e fiquei no prejuízo pois paguei pedreiro e tive que dormir em minha casa sem porta, no outro dia vieram já a tarde. Péssimo atendimento, péssimo serviço no geral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo wats ,já tinha tido uma experiência ruim na loja ,mas dei a oportunidade deles terem mudado mas não. Pedi um orçamento pelo wats 1h sem nenhuma resposta, pq vc pode pedir um momento ou até mesmo mandar uma resposta já retornamos nunca mais entro em contato e nem vou até a loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasaram a entrega, compro sempre lá e retirou na hora, mais pedi prioridade na entrega me falaram que seria entregue no dia seguinte, adivinhem o que aconteceu?
Não entregaram detalhe paguei o pedreiro para colocar minha porta! Liguei as 17:00 e falei com uma moça, se não me engano o nome dela era Katia e ela prometeu que viria ainda pois o horário de entrega era horário comercial, paguei mais uma hora extra para ele receber e não chegou nada!!! Hoje 15/02 estou aqui as 21:25 frustado com tamanho desordem e descompromisso com o consumidor! Não compro mais nada nesse depósito .. fujão de lá!!!
